The petitioner was engaged as Amin on contractual basis by order of appointment dated 7th March, 2013 and subsequently on 7th March, 2015 she was appointed as Revenue Inspector on contractual basis. The petitioner challenges the said Office order and prays for a direction to the Opposite parties to modify the same to treat the appointment as "regular appointment" instead of "contractual". 2.
At the time of hearing today, Mr. B.B. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Odisha Group and Group Posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 and the Odisha Group-B Posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013, being repealed by virtue of the Odisha Group "B", "C" and Group "D" Posts (Repeal and Special Provisions) Rules, 2022, vide Notification bearing No.29076-PT1-GAD-SC-GGCS-0090-2022/Gen.,

In view of such submission, nothing remains for adjudication in this matter.
