The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to stay of further proceedings in Misc. Case No. 67 of 2021 pending before the Additional Tahasildar, Nischintakoili. 3.

At the outset, Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought for permission to correct the description of Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the description of Opposite Party No.1 in Court today. 5.

In course of hearing, Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if a direction is made for early disposal of Misc. Case No.67 of 2021. 6.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order, the Additional Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-Opposite Party No.1 shall make an endeavour for early disposal of Misc. Case No. 67 of 2021

// 2 // and take a decision thereon in accordance with law expeditiously, if the same is still pending and there is no legal impediment for the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
