By way of this application the Petitioner has sought for the following relief:- "Relief sought forIt is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit this original application and issue notice to the respondents for show-cause as to i) Why the promotion of the applicant to the post of Lady Supervisor will not be regularized since the date of her promotion i.e. 16.11.2009 and ii) Why the Respondents will not be directed to give all the service benefits of the applicant since the date of promotion i.e.
16.11.2009 within stipulated time.
iii) Pass such order(s) as would deem fit and proper."

Even though the O.A. is filed in the year 2014 and notice has been issued since 16.07.2014, no counter affidavit has been filed as

However, considering the submission made by the parties, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this application so also the documents appended thereto. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
