3. The petitioner has been falsely implicated as an accused person for the commission of offences under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act in relating to Orkel P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 69 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Malkangiri.

4. As per the Letter No. 3347 of 2022 dated 08.07.2022 by the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri in the present, out of 14 charge sheeted witnesses 3 have already been examined. The case is posted on today in

// 2 // the said Court. Since the trial is started let the petitioner for the trial. The trial shall completed within six months from today.

5. Accordingly, this BLAPL is rejected.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
