1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner was serving as Night Watcher, Tusura Kendu patra Range under D.F.O.(KL), Titilagarh, Dist. Balangir. He has served more than 6 years of service like other DLR/NMR employees. The grievance of the petitioner is that the services of similarly situated persons have been regularized in the Department, but his case has not been considered for regularization.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the WPC (OA) is disposed of for want of instructions.
5. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
