Mr. Mahanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client made representation dated 27th August, 2021 to the Sub-Registrar requesting cancellation of registered sale deed no.10682102302 dated 19th August, 2021. There be direction for the Sub-Registrar to consider the request in terms of circular dated 18th December, 2012 issued by Government of Odisha, Revenue and Disaster Management Department to all Deputy IGRs, District SubRegistrars/Sub-Registrars. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

The circular gives directions to registering authorities regarding registration by fake identification (impersonation). Opposite party no.3 is directed to deal with the representation in light of the circular and inform petitioner result of the consideration within three weeks of communication.
