The Petitioner has alleged in action on the part of the Opposite Parties in not releasing the timely payment of pension and/or pensionary benefits of the Petitioner after his retirement from the Govt. service with effect from 31.03.2013 on attaining the age of superannuation and further alleged that there is inordinate delay caused in the hands of the Opposite Parties towards releasing the pension/pensionary benefits.

On the earlier occasion when the matter was on board on 20th June, 2022, none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also none appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

Hence, it is construed that the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter.
