1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail allegedly for his involvement in the offences punishable under Sections 420/294/506, I.P.C.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.4752 of 2022 arising out of Badagad P.S. Case No.265 of 2022 within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person

// 2 // before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned .

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
