Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State Opposite Parties and perused the record.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to quash Annexure-3 and issue direction to the Opposite Parties to absorb the Petitioner on regular basis in the post of Class-IV in the district of Jagatsinghpur as only a physically handicapped candidate.

Since none is there on behalf of the Petitioner to prosecute and this is an old matter of the year 2015, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
