Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) direct the Respondents to refix the scale of pay of the applicant by granting advancement scale of pay w.e.f. 1.11.1988 as has been given under Annexure-3 in compliance to the order of this Hon'ble Tribunal under Annexure-2 and accordingly fix his final pension.

(ii) pass such other order (s) / direction (s) as would deem fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 30.11.2013 under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of

// 2 // receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
