2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

A.

To quash the Advertisement No.IIE22/2015/2341/OSSC, dated 22.4.2015 for recruitment and filling of the post of Inspector, Weights and Measures (Legal Metrology) department of Food Supply and Consumer Welfare so far as one post of S.E.B.C is concerned.

B.

Direct the State-Respondents to issue appointment letter to the Applicant on the basis of recommendation of the Staff Selection Commission dated 14.10.2014 at Annexure-9 for the post of Inspector Legal Metrology with all consequential service benefits.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation dated 4.4.2015 under Annexure10 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of

// 2 // three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
