1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) To direct the respondents to regularize the service of applicant for the period from 5.11.2008 to 22.1.2009 and 9.8.2013 to 27.10.2013 treating the said period as extension of joining time in order to enable her to get joining time pay.

(ii) To direct the respondents to grant other consequential benefits flowing from the regularization of aforesaid period.

(iii) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 25.11.2013 under Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above

// 2 // noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
