The present WPC (OAC) has been filed impugning Annexure-5, which is the order of transfer issued on 01.01.2015. 4.

The WPC (OAC) is filed for the following relief(s) :- (i) Direct / order that the applicants shall be absorbed in Nayagarh district against available vacancies in Nayagarh district, retaining their seniority as per the District Gradation List of Nayagarh district.

(ii) Quash the impugned order dated 01.01.2015 as at Annexure-5.

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called.

Having heard Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, I am satisfied that the relief sought for in the WPC(OAC) has become infructuous by efflux of time.
