Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This Court finds notice involving the O.A. in initial stage even though issued on 29.05.2014, there has been no counter as of now. This Court also finds no averments as to if the petitioner was continuing on the date of filing of the Original Application involved here. In the circumstance, this Court observes provided petitioner was continuing on the date of filing of the Original Application, in the existence of Annexure-12 if the case of the petitioner was not considered for regularization but there is regularization of persons continuing with the petitioner and regularized, the opposite party No.2 is directed to take a decision on the question of regularization and pass order, as appropriate, at least completing the exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.
