Heard Mr. P.K.Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. Bhardawaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The applicant, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit this O.A., call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same and quash the notice of disengagement dated 27.04.2015 under Annexure-1 and direct the respondents to regularize the service of the applicant, within a stipulated period".

It is submitted that after continuing for some time, the Petitioner was disengaged as per the notice dated 27.04.2015 under Annexure-1.

It is submitted that since the Petitioner has got the relevant experience and engagement opportunity is there for his fresh engagement, necessary directions be issued to consider the case for such re-engagement.

// 2 // Mr. Bharadwaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel has no serious objection to such prayer of the Petitioner. 6.

Considering the submissions made by the Parties, this Court permits the Petitioner to move the Opposite Party No.2 with a prayer to re-engage him in any available vacancy within a period of three weeks hence. It is observed that if any such application is filed within the aforesaid time period, the said Opposite Party No.2 shall take a lawful decision on the same taking into account the past experience of the Petitioner as well as the vacancies available in that regard. The said opposite party shall take a decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
