This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Ms. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the O.A./writ petition, the grievance raised that seeking direction to receive the pensionary benefits were received by the petitioner.

It is submitted that the learned counsel has not been able to get in touch with the petitioner to obtain instruction, if any other retiral dues are due to be paid to the petitioner.

It is submitted that the liberty may be granted to revive the petition, in case of any surviving cause of action.

Learned Govt. Advocate, OAT submits that since the petitioner has already received the pensionary benefits as fairly submitted by the learned counsel for

// 2 // the petitioner, nothing would survive at present for adjudication before this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to revive the petition within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
