2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief.

"I. The respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the service of the applicant under regular establishment in view of the resolution dated 15.5.1997 under Annexure-5 and also G.O No.17031 dated 10.8.1981.

II. And/or to grant them all he benefits of regular employees of the State Government within a specified period.

III. And/or may kindly also grant any other relief and/or reliefs which your Lordship deem fit ad proper for the benefit of the applicants."

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of the three months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
