02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 above, the applicants pray for the following relief(s):- a) Set aside the orders dtd.10/10.2014, 29/11/2013 and 25/11/2014 at Annexure-7 series & 8 respectively being ultravires to Arts.14 and 16 of the Constitution of India. b) Declare that the applicants are deemed to be continuing in old OCS (Pension) Rules, 1192 and entitled to all the benefits under the said old OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 and G.P.F. (Odisha) Rules, 1938.

c) Issue any other order/direction which would offered complete relief to the applicants, in the facts & circumstances of the case."

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to

// 2 // make individual representations before the Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
