The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give promotion to the petitioner to the post of Headmaster, as per the order of the Tribunal, from the date his junior has got such promotion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Block Development Officer, Sadar vide letter dated 31.03.2022 has sought clarification from the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, but the same is still pending before the said authority. 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2- Director, Elementary Education, Odisha to take a decision on the letter of the Block Education Officer dated 31.03.2022 under Annexure-3, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
