Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients have been left out from the list of beneficiaries for getting assistance under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme. Annexure 3 series are representations made by his clients. Representation dated 13th June, 2022 was made by petitioner no.1 and representation dated 23rd August, 2022, by petitioner no.2. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.2 will duly deal with the representations.
