This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.254 (C) of 2015 was filed before the Odisha State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.254 of 2015. 3.

Mr. S. Sourav, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. Rajjeet Roy, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an adjournment, which is denied as the matter is of the year 2015. 4.

The Petitioner claiming to be Trained Graduate (Arts) with Sikhya Shastri, prays for appointment as Contractual Classical Teacher (Sanskrit). The record reveals that the matter has never been moved before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal since 2015 and for couple of dates, when the matter was listed, the Petitioner sought for adjournment. In view of the above, it is not deemed proper to keep the matter pending any further. 5.

The Petitioner having challenged the amendment to advertisement vide Annexure-4 and prayed for allowing him to be engaged as Contractual Teacher in respect of the year 2014-2015 as per his application vide Annexure-2, the matter seems to have

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition within ninety days from today, in case cause of action still subsists. (M.S. Raman) Judge Jyostna
