This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioners have filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
" In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp.Parties and after hearing he parties, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties. i) To direct the Opp.Party No.3 i.e. Joint Director, Directorate of Employees State Insurance Scheme, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to revoke his office letter No.9482/DISI, dated 05.08.2022 and consequent Notice dated 05.08.2022 of M/s Oriental Security Service under Annexure-5 (series) by taking into account of the Home Department Letter No.27111/OE, Bhubaneswar dated 06.08.2022 (Annexure-8) ii) To direct the Opp.Parties o reinstate petitioners in their former posts of Data Entry Operator on outsourcing basis at the office of the Directorate of Employees State
// 2 // Insurance Scheme, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, District: Khurda.
iii) To direct the Opp.Party No.1, i.e. Principal Secretary, Labour & ESI Department Govt.
of Odisha, Bhubaneswar to consider the representation dated 22.08.2022 of the Petitioners within stipulated period by taking into account of the Home Department Letter No.27111/OE, Bhubaneswar dated 06.08.222 (nnexure8). And may pass any other order/orders as may deem fit and proper."

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners ventilating their grievance have submitted representation before the Principal Secretary, Labour & ESI Department, Odisha, Opposite Party No.1 on 22.08.2022 under Annexure-6. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-6 within a stipulated period of time. 5.
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioners is considered by the Opposite Party No.1, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-6 by passing a speaking and reasoned order taking into consideration Annexure-8.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
