The Original Application No.1319 of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1319 of 2014.

The Petitioner, being aggrieved by non-sanction and nondisbursement in respect of earned leave and/or miscalculation of earned leave, has filed this writ petition.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter. 5.
By efflux of time, it seems that the petition has been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner P.T.O.
// 2 // to revive the said petition within 90 days from today, if any cause of action survives.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
