This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.28396 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.10.2022 but in 3rd line of paragraph-4, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Office Assistant in Office of the RWS&S Circle, Bahangaga" instead of "Office Assistant in Office of the RWS&S Circle, Division" and in 3rd, 4th and 5th line of paragraph-9, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Opposite Party No.4" instead of "Opposite Party No.3." and in 9th line of paragraph-9, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Opposite Party No.2" instead of "Opposite Party no.3" and also extension of time may be granted. Hence,

// 2 // modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that in 3rd line of paragraph-4, it be mentioned as "Office Assistant in Office of the RWS&S Circle, Division" in place of "Office Assistant in Office of the RWS&S Circle, Bahangaga" and in 3rd, 4th and 5th line of paragraph-9, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.3." and in 9th of paragraph-9, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party no.3" in placed of "Opposite Party No.2" and further two weeks time be extended from today, rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
