This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.255 (C) of 2015 was filed before the Odisha State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.255 of 2015.

The Petitioner, Trained Graduate (Arts) claiming to have acquired Sikhya Shastri, prays for engagement as Contractual Teacher in the Government High School in respect of the period 2014-2015. The Petitioner has prayed for said engagement as applied for vide Annexure-2 and sought to quash the advertisement vide Annexure-4.

Since the matter is of the year 2015, and none appears for the Petitioner, it is construed that the Petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter.

Heard Mr. Nilambar Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education, who has pointed out that the recruitment is for the year, 2014-2015 and submitted that by efflux of time, this matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
