ORDER

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. A. K. Mohanty (A), learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. M.K. Mohanty (2), learned counsel for opposite party no.5. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 14.05.2022 under Annexure-4 and to direct the opposite parties 1 and 2 to approve the appointment of the petitioner and release the salary component against 1st post of Lecturer in Oriya within a stipulated time. 4.
Mr. A. K. Mohanty (A), learned counsel for the petitioner contended that at the outset, the petitioner does not want to pursue this writ petition as because, the petitioner and opposite party no.5 have themselves made representations before the Sub-Collector-cum-President of the Governing Body of Golakamani Mahila Higher Secondary School, Utikiri, Balasore vide Annexures-17 and 18, which has also been annexed to Additional Affidavit filed in Court today. The said additional affidavit be kept on record. He further contended that the said representations under Annexures17 and 18 may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by giving opportunity of hearing to the parties. 5.
This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without
expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, disposes this writ petition directing the Sub-Collector-cum-President of the Governing Body of Golakamani Mahila Higher Secondary School, Utikiri, Balasore-Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and opposite party no.5 vide Annexures-17 and 18, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order.
