Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is demand dated 25th February, 2019. His client suffered eviction order under section 5(1) of Odisha Public Premises Act, 1972. His client preferred appeal there against. In spite of pendency of the appeal impugned demand was issued. He submits, in similar facts co-ordinate Bench by order dated 30th September, 2020 in W.P.(C) no.22642 of 2020 (Prasanta Kumar Nanda v. Bhubaneswar Development Authority) disposed of the writ petition directing expeditious disposal of the statutory appeal. He submits, his client's appeal is appeal case no.7 of 2019 pending before the Collector, Khurda.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead the Collector, Khurda is requested to deal with and dispose of Appeal case no.7 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
