1. Petitioners' representation (Annexure-10 series) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Narasinghpur, Dist-Cuttack and after notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 to 14 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 10th October, 2022 and the order shall be made available to the parties not later than 17th October, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion in the matter.
