This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1220 of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1220 of 2014. 3.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 4.

The Petitioner sought for a direction to declare the Petitioner Senior to Opposite Party No. 4 namely Sri. M. B. Panda, Head Clerk (First Assistant) Office of the Executive Engineer, G.E.D.-1, Unit-1, Bhubaneswar. The Petitioner also prays for a direction to convene fresh DPC after fixation of seniority.

Since the matter relates to 2014, by efflux of time, it seems that the matter has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, this WPC (OA) is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition within ninety days from today, if any cause of action still subsists.
