This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1416 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1416 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner challenged the letter dated 7.11.2014 issued by Establishment Officer-II to Vigilance Department, whereby the proposal of acceptance of revised option in favour of the Petitioner under the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 1985 and 1989 has been returned.

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 5.

Mr. Prasanna Kumar Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel referring to counter dated 19.04.2017 submits that the revised option of the applicant was received in the Heads of Department after due date i.e. after 22.09.1999. The case of the Petitioner does not deserve consideration in view of stipulation

// 2 // made by the Finance Department vide Memorandum No. 25519 dated 20.05.2009.

In view of above, the writ petition, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
