The Original Application No.1427 of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1427 of 2015.

The Petitioner has claimed to be the more meritorious than the Opposite Party No. 5 namely, Sraddhanjali Panda selected as constable in the selection of 2015.

Mr. P.Ku. Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that the selection being challenged for the post of constable which is of the year 2015, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
