1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 452/294/323/506/306/34 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Ganjam P.S. Case No.141 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 838 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chattrapur within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the

// 2 // court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned. The Petitioners must cooperate with the investigating agency as well as the court in disposal of the case without posing any hindrance. Any violation of the mandate in the opinion of the court in seisin over the matter shall entail cancellation of the bail automatically.
