This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1219 of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1219 of 2014. 3.

The Petitioner has been serving as WMT (Livelihood) on contractual basis in Water Shed Mission under Soil Conservation Department seeks direction to the Opposite Parties to publish the merit list in respect of total number of vacancies of 276 for the post of Block Project Manager. 4.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 5.

Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel relying on the counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Parties submitted that there was no infirmity in the selection of the candidates as due regard has been given to the vacancies vis-à-vis the present Petitioner. In the selection

By efflux of time, it seems that the matter has lost its significance and therefore, the Petitioner has also lost interest in pursuing the matter.

It is not deemed fit to keep the matter pending any further. Accordingly, this WPC (OA) is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition within ninety days from today, if any cause of action still subsists.
