The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Opposite Parties to demarcate the allotted land in Plot No.462/4015 under Khata No.497/1620 of mouza-Trijanga under Danagadi Tahasil in the district of Jajpur for construction of Deobandi Muslim Communities Maszid. 3.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a memorandum in Court today prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. The same be taken on record.
