1. The secured creditor is seeking a direction for early disposal of the Bank Misc. Case No.135/2019 filed under Section-14 application of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the learned District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Khurda since 22.11.2019.
2. Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for opposite party no.1 upon instruction from Officer concerned has explained the delay in disposal of the aforesaid application due to heavy pendency, however assures the Court that the aforesaid application shall positively be decided within next four weeks.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that nothing more survives in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, opposite party no.1 shall be bound by his stand before this Court.
