This application has been filed seeking for modification of the order to the effect that though he has filed representations under Annexures-9 series and 10 before opposite party no.2, the same has been inadvertently reflected as Annexure-5 before opposite party no.3. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in this writ petition is recalled and a fresh corrected order is passed today. 5.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
