This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1980(C) of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1980 of 2014.

The Petitioner challenged the order dated 9th September, 2014 vide Annexure-3, whereby he was transferred from Phampuni U.P.S. to Balaput UPS in pursuance to office letter No. 2017 dated 9th September, 2014 of the B.E.O., Jeypore and approved by the D.E.O., Koraput, violation notice on 12th September, 2014, the learned Tribunal directed for obtaining instruction and passed the following order:- "Learned standing counsel, S & M.E. is directed to obtain instruction in the matter within a period of 15 days so also a copy of the D.E.O. letter No. 3914 dtd. 8.9.2014. Till then order of transfer at Annexure-3 in respect of the applicant may not be given effect."

No matter has been filed by the Opposite Parties. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has up-to-date instructions in the matter.

By efflux of time, the matter seems to have been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
