1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioner. Moreover, as the matter is pertaining to the year 2014, it must have lost its relevance.

3. In view of such submission, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, the WPC(OA)) is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
