The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- Order No.
"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Coiurt may be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for records and after hearing the parties be pleased to issue writ/writs in the nature of mandamus or any other writ(s) quashing Annexure-2 series and thereby directing the Opp.Party No.2 re-assess the holding tax as well as lighting and water tax of the petitioner."

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and looking to the contents through Annexure-2 series, this Court finds, it appears to be a notice to the Party concerned in the matter of assessment. This is not the stage for interfering in such issues. However, in the event the Petitioner has any grievance, it is open to the Petitioner to raise his objection before the Competent Authority involving Annexure-2 series at least within a period of seven days hence. In such event, decision, as appropriate on the objection of the Petitioner be taken within fifteen days
// 2 // thereafter providing opportunity of hearing to the Parties likely to be affected. Till such period, in the event Annexure-2 series have not been given effect to, may not be given to. 3.
