2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) quash the impugned Notification No.6871/H dated 2.4.2015 in Annexure-3 in so far as applicant is concerned by holding the same as bad, illegal and passed in malafide and capricious exercise of powers in the hands of the respondent No.1 and thereby (ii) direct/order/command the respondents to allow the applicant to continue at SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack in her present place of posting until disposal of O.A. No.656 (C) /2009 and batch and pass such other order(s) as would be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be
// 2 // considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
