The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 30th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

The petitioner was aged about 63 years, filed the O.A. in the year 2016 after having retired as a Teacher from Kanchana Upper Primary School, with a prayer to count the period of service rendered by the petitioner for the period from 20.11.1980 to 25.01.1990 as pensionable service.

A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 17.06.2022 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to revive the same for any surviving cause of action.
