In course of submission, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that pursuant to disposal of W.P.(C).No.27744 of 2013 in favour of the petitioner, opposite parties preferred S.L.P. (Civil) Diary No(s).22174 of 2017, which has already been dismissed in the meantime thereby confirming the judgment of this Court claimed to be coming to the rescue of the petitioner so far as Relief No.(b) herein is concerned.

It is keeping this in view and for the petitioner has been benefited by the judgment of the Division Bench in W.P.(C).No.27744 of 2013 , his case needs to be considered by the competent authority so far it relates to Relief No.(b) herein. In the process, this Court in disposal of the application directs the respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider the Relief No.(b) in respect of the petitioner herein taking into account the benefit flowing from the judgment in W.P.(C).No.27744 of 2013 being confirmed in S.L.P. (Civil) Diary No(s).22174 of 2017 by working out within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order, copy of the judgment referred hereinabove and the copy of the paper book by the petitioner.
