Heard Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Bhardawaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of dismissal passed by the Disciplinary Authority, Collector and District Magistrate, Kalahandi on 18.02.2015 under Annexure-3. The said order has been passed because of the conviction and sentence passed against the Petitioner in Berhampur Vigilance P.S. Case No.35 dated 08.07.2002 corresponding to G.R. (Vigilance) Case No.35 of 2002/TR No.71 of 2011. 4.

It is submitted that the Petitioner has approached this Court in Criminal Appeal No.59 of 2015 challenging the said order of conviction and sentence.

In view of such submission made by Mr. Sethi,

// 2 // learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the liberty that if the Petitioner ultimately succeeds in the aforesaid Criminal Appeal No.59 of 2015, he can reiterate his prayer.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
