The Petitioner challenged the 2nd selection list dated 15th April, 2015 by substituting the 1st selection list dated 13th April, 2015 as his name is deleted.

Mr. N.K. Praharaj, learned Additional Government Advocate referring to Para-1 of the counter, submitted that the Petitioner, Tarakanta Mohanty, was a candidate under "SEBC" category for the post of Constable. After compilation of result of all tests, the selection list was published on merit basis on 13th April, 2015 (Annexure-3). Since some mistake crept in, in the 1st selection list due to operation default of computer, 2nd selection list was published on 14th April, 2015. He further submitted that in 2nd selection list, the Petitioner was not found successful. So the allegations of the Petitioner in the writ petition are not founded on good ground.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed. (M.S. Raman) Judge Laxmikant
