This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 19.12.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that recitals in paragraph-8 and 9 of the order dated 19.12.2022 are error of record inasmuch as release of the Petitioner in cases in which he has been earlier implicated is at Annexures-5 and 6.

Considering the same, paragraphs 8 and 9 are hereby recalled. 4.

Rest part of the order dated 19.12.2022 remains unaltered. Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the order passed today in this I.A and the order dated 19.12.2022 passed in BLAPL No.10605 of 2022 sans paragraphs 8 and 9 thereof. 5.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.
