Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. C.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the relief sought in the present writ petition has already been granted by the authority by fixing the minimum guaranteed quantity for operation of the quarry. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed as not pressed.
