This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Hard copy of the counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Parties is taken on record.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri-Opposite Party No.2 to register the sale deed executed by one Nirupama Pattanaik in its favour.

On perusal of the counter affidavit, filed by the SubRegistrar, Khandagiri, it reveals that Nirupama Pattanaik presented a sale deed for registration on 19th August, 2022 thorough home visit under Section 38(2) of the Registration Act, 1908 pertaining to land situated in Mouza-Nuagaon under Khata No.233, pertaining to Plot No.288 to an extent of Ac.0.022 decimals to an extent of Ac.0.031 decimals under Chandaka Police Station, Bhubaneswar. Upon verification of the record, the Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri refused to register the

// 2 // same and communicated the order of refusal to the vendor vide order No.1211 dated 5th November, 2022 under Annexure-B/2. 5.

Since the registration of the document has already been refused, nothing left to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 6.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may workout its remedy under law.
