This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1436 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1436 of 2015.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by non-inclusion of his name in the D.L.R list. The Petitioner submitted in the petition that in spite of several representations have been made for engagement in the work charged establishment, the authorities failed to consider.

Heard Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel, who has submitted that by efflux of time the matter has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
