The Original Application No.1231 of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1231 of 2014.

Challenging the gradation list, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was placed inappropriately below Opposite Party No.3-Respondent No.3.

At the time of hearing, Mrs. Nadita Patra, counsel for the Petitioner submits that up-to-date instruction is not available. 5.

Since the matter was filed in the year 2014 and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. P.T.O.
