1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances, the nature of allegations, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper but subject to the conditions that they shall appear before the IO as and when required; shall cooperate with the investigation; shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever, while on bail. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of the bail automatically. In the event of registration of FIR and submission of Final Form, the Petitioner shall appear before the learned court in seisin over the matter and receive further instruction.

3. The ABLAPL is disposed of.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Police Station for reference.
